How did you come into the restaurant business? |
|
Mike is a much known family friend to me and my family. While I was studying, Mike had already started the restaurant business, during this period I was so much influenced by him that we thought of joining together. |

What are the cuisines you serve ? |
|
We are specified in Mexican and American cuisines. Our foods are very homely and are prepared in a very strict supervision. Mike’s Apple Pie is termed as one of the best apple pies available in Nepal. |

What are the specialties of your restaurant? |
|
We use very ethnic American and Mexican Spices to give our dishes the real touch of American and Mexican taste. We give cleanness and tidiness the greatest priority, to serve our customers a hygienic diet. We use organic vegetables and even the utensils are soaked in iodine before cleaning. |

In majority what types of costumers visit your restaurant? |
|
Mainly tourists and residential foreigners visit our restaurant. |

In your opinion what are the major things to be kept in mind to run a restaurant business? |
| |
As I told earlier, we really dig for cleanness and tidiness. Besides that I guess peace environment, welcoming staffs and a good management are necessary things to be kept in mind to run a restaurant business. |

How much are you satisfied with this business? |
| |
I am really happy with the business I am into. It gives me an opportunity for lots of public relation, we get to meet different types of customers from different parts of world and thus, we learn so many new things from them.

What are your further plans? |
| |
For now, I should say I don’t really have further plans. But one thing I would want is the peace within the country, I can only think about further when the situation is stable in Nepal.

What is your favorite dish from your restaurant’s menu? |
|
I like pizza served here in Mikes Breakfast. In addition, it has become like habitual for me with American and Mexican food. |

Mikes Breakfast has really friendly staffs, with the ever smiling faces. It has a very welcoming environment. Apart from the hygiene food, we have very peace environment and we play very classical music to our guests to double the taste. |
